•Onsite

About The Position

Heartstrings Pet Hospice provides hospice and in-home euthanasia care to pets and their families in Tulsa, Bixby, Owasso, Sand Springs, and the surrounding metropolitan area. The veterinarian delivers compassionate end-of-life care in clients’ homes, helping families make informed decisions and say goodbye with dignity and peace. Visits are intentionally limited to a few appointments per day to allow time for listening, explaining, and caring for each pet without rushing. The veterinarian practices independently while traveling to appointments and is supported by thoughtful onboarding, one-on-one mentorship, and experienced colleagues. Scheduling options range from two days per week to full-time, with self-managed scheduling available. Weekend days are selected by the veterinarian: four weekend days per month, chosen to fit their schedule. Compensation is guaranteed and varies by schedule, from $55,000 to $135,000. The listed options include $105,000 annually for a five-day full-time schedule and $90,000 annually for a four-day full-time schedule, with quarterly bonus opportunities. Two- and three-day schedules have prorated compensation.
