About The Position

Varco Home Health and Hospice is seeking a relationship-driven Hospice Marketing Liaison to grow the company’s presence in the Houston community. This role represents the company and its hospice programs to healthcare providers, families, and community partners, while supporting referral and admission processes. The liaison develops referral relationships, identifies business opportunities, educates referral sources, participates in community events, and reports to the administrator. Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referral relationships with physicians, clinics, eldercare facilities, and community partners.
• Make outbound calls and in-person visits to local businesses and healthcare providers.
• Use market data to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Provide presentations and in-services to educate referral sources about the company’s programs and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth referral-to-admission processes.
• Represent Varco at community events and activities.
• Deliver daily reports and updates to the administrator.
• Help remove barriers to care and follow up to support successful admissions.
