Hospice Liaison
About The Position
Varco Home Health & Hospice is seeking a motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Hospice Liaison to grow the organization’s presence throughout the Houston market. The role focuses on building healthcare referral relationships, identifying business opportunities, educating healthcare partners about hospice services and compassionate end-of-life care, and coordinating with clinical and admissions teams to support a seamless referral experience. The liaison also represents Varco at networking events, community outreach activities, and educational presentations while managing outreach and working toward growth goals. This is a field-based role in Houston, Texas, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development.
- Established healthcare referral relationships in the Houston market.
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Professionalism, compassion, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities
- Develop strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and senior living communities.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand Varco’s referral network throughout Houston.
- Educate healthcare partners on hospice services and compassionate end-of-life care.
