About The Position

Varco Home Health & Hospice is seeking a motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Hospice Liaison to grow the organization’s presence and referral network. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations, educating partners about hospice services and compassionate end-of-life care, and supporting a seamless referral experience. The liaison manages outreach activities, develops partnerships, and works toward growth goals while representing Varco at networking events, community outreach activities, and educational presentations. This is a field-based role serving the Houston/Brownsville market.

Requirements

Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development.
Established healthcare referral relationships in the Houston market.
Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
Professionalism, compassion, and a passion for helping others.

Nice To Haves

Hospice or home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and senior living communities.
Identify new business opportunities and expand Varco’s referral network.
Educate healthcare partners on hospice services and compassionate end-of-life care.
Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure a seamless referral experience.
Participate in networking events, community outreach, and educational presentations.
Manage outreach activities, strengthen partnerships, and work consistently toward growth goals.
Represent Varco in the community.
