About The Position

Varco Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Hospice Marketing Liaison to grow and strengthen the company’s presence in the community. This relationship-focused role represents the company and its hospice services to families, healthcare providers, and community partners, while developing referral relationships and supporting successful admissions. The position combines outreach, sales, education, and collaboration to help connect people with compassionate hospice care.

• A book of references in Houston and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referral relationships with physicians, clinics, eldercare facilities, and community partners.
• Make outbound calls and in-person visits to local businesses and healthcare providers.
• Use market data to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Give presentations and in-services to educate referral sources about the company’s programs and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth referral-to-admission processes.
• Represent Varco at community events and activities.
• Deliver daily reports and updates to the administrator.
• Help remove barriers to care and follow up to support successful admissions.
