About The Position

Varco Home Health and Hospice is seeking a relationship-driven Hospice Marketing Liaison to grow and strengthen the organization’s presence in the community. This role represents the company and its hospice programs to families, healthcare providers, and community partners, while developing referral relationships and supporting successful admissions. The position combines marketing, sales, education, and community outreach in support of compassionate hospice care.

• A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards and compliance.
• Knowledge of hospice care and its value in the community.
• Ability to build trust and establish the organization’s brand in the community.
• A book of references in Houston and surrounding areas.
• Polite, courteous, and respectful conduct with clients and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referral relationships with physicians, clinics, eldercare facilities, and community partners.
• Make outbound calls and in-person visits to local businesses and healthcare providers.
• Use market data to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Deliver presentations and in-services to educate referral sources about programs and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth referral-to-admission processes.
• Represent Varco at community events and activities.
• Provide daily reports and updates to the administrator.
• Help remove barriers to care and follow up to support successful admissions.
