About The Position

Harmony Hospice is seeking a Hospice Marketing Liaison to serve as a trusted community resource, build relationships with healthcare providers, and help guide patients and families toward hospice services. The role combines outreach and education with compassionate support during the referral and admission process, promoting dignity, comfort, and quality care. The liaison collaborates with care coordination teams to support smooth patient transitions and identifies opportunities to improve access to hospice care.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare marketing experience; hospice experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a compassionate, patient-first approach.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to meet outreach goals.
• Reliable transportation, a valid Arizona driver’s license, and proof of insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Hospice experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources.
• Educate healthcare professionals and community groups about hospice services and benefits.
• Serve as a knowledgeable, compassionate resource for patients and families during the referral and admission process.
• Document outreach activities and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Ensure messaging reflects the organization’s commitment to dignity, comfort, and quality care.
• Collaborate with care coordination teams to support smooth patient transitions.
• Monitor community needs and identify opportunities to improve access to hospice care.
