About The Position

The Hospice Marketing Liaison serves as a trusted community resource, building relationships with healthcare providers and guiding patients and families toward compassionate hospice services. The role focuses on supporting dignity, comfort, and care through outreach, education, and assistance during referral and admission.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of healthcare marketing experience; hospice experience is strongly preferred.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and public relations skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a compassionate, patient-first approach.
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to meet outreach goals.
Reliable transportation, a valid Arizona driver's license, and proof of insurance.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Hospice experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources.
Educate healthcare professionals and community groups about hospice services and benefits.
Serve as a knowledgeable, compassionate resource for patients and families during the referral and admission process.
Document outreach activities and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Ensure messaging reflects the organization’s commitment to dignity, comfort, and quality care.
Collaborate with care coordination teams to support smooth patient transitions.
Monitor community needs and identify opportunities to improve access to hospice care.
