About The Position

Varco Home Health and Hospice is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Hospice Marketing Liaison to expand its presence throughout Houston. This field-based, community- and referral-focused role builds and maintains referral relationships, identifies business opportunities, and educates referral sources about hospice services. The liaison collaborates with internal teams to support a smooth referral-to-admission process and helps remove barriers to care.

Requirements

• Proven experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of hospice services, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards.
• Established referral relationships within Houston.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor.

• Hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, eldercare facilities, and community partners.
• Conduct outbound calls and in-person visits to referral sources.
• Identify new business opportunities using market data and community insight.
• Provide presentations and in-services to educate referral sources on hospice services and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth referral-to-admission processes.
• Represent Varco at community events and networking activities.
• Provide daily activity reports and updates to the Administrator.
• Follow up on referrals to remove barriers to care and support successful admissions.
