About The Position

VitalCaring is hiring a Hospice Clinical Branch Director for its Weatherford, Oklahoma hospice branch. The director leads day-to-day branch operations while remaining closely connected to the care delivered. The role is responsible for balanced operational and financial performance, quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, regulatory compliance, team stability, and a consistent patient-first standard of care. The director works with clinical leaders, supports and develops staff, and builds relationships with providers, referral partners, patients, and families. The position calls for visible, accountable leadership grounded in integrity, consistency, and strong community relationships.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations.
• Strong understanding of clinical quality, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Experience leading teams with a focus on engagement, retention, and development.
• Ability to manage operations while keeping patient care central to decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, financials, and performance.
• Monitor quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, team stability, and other key performance indicators.
• Ensure efficient branch operations without compromising care.
• Ensure patients and families receive compassionate, high-quality hospice care.
• Promote a patient-first culture focused on dignity, communication, and patient experience.
• Partner with clinical leaders to maintain outcomes, compliance, and survey readiness.
• Remain present and engaged in supporting the team’s delivery of care.
• Recruit and develop a team that reflects the community served.
• Create a culture of support, accountability, and consistency.
• Coach leaders and clinicians and establish clear performance expectations.
• Build relationships with local providers, referral partners, and families.
• Represent VitalCaring as a dependable community partner and support thoughtful growth through service and follow-through.
