About The Position

VitalCaring is seeking a Hospice Clinical Branch Director to lead day-to-day branch operations while remaining closely connected to patient care. The director oversees operational and financial performance, promotes quality hospice services, and develops a supportive, accountable team. The role works alongside clinical leaders to maintain outcomes, compliance, and survey readiness, and builds relationships with local providers, referral partners, patients, and families. Requirements

• Active RN license.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations.
• Strong understanding of clinical quality, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Experience leading teams with a focus on engagement, retention, and development.
• Ability to manage operations while keeping patient care central to decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Leadership approach characterized by integrity, consistency, accountability, presence, and a focus on relationships and reputation.

• Build a culture of support, accountability, and consistency.
• Coach leaders and clinicians while setting clear performance expectations.
• Build relationships with local providers, referral partners, and families.
