About The Position

The Homeowners’ Lounge Supervisor oversees the daily operations of Stratton's private Homeowners’ Lounge, ensuring a welcoming, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for homeowners and their guests. The position provides direction and support to lounge attendants and maintains consistent standards of hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and service. The Supervisor works closely with the Clubhouse Manager to support an exceptional lounge experience. This is a full-time seasonal role with a starting rate of $22.00–$23.00 per hour.

Requirements

Experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar guest-facing environment.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Confidence guiding a team and managing busy periods.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak ski-season periods as needed.
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily lounge operations, ensuring a welcoming, clean, organized, and well-presented environment for homeowners and their guests.
Monitor lounge access and ensure homeowner eligibility requirements and lounge policies are consistently followed.
Address homeowner and guest inquiries with professionalism and sound judgment.
Provide day-to-day direction, training, and support to lounge attendants.
Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of lounge spaces throughout operating hours.
Monitor inventory supply levels, communicate replenishment needs, and assist with ordering or restocking.
Assist with homeowner events, special activities, and other lounge responsibilities as assigned.
