About The Position

The Homeowners’ Lounge Supervisor oversees daily operations of Stratton’s private Homeowners’ Lounge, ensuring a welcoming, comfortable, clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for homeowners and their guests. The Supervisor provides direction, training, and support to lounge attendants and maintains consistent hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and service standards. The role works closely with the Clubhouse Manager to support an exceptional lounge experience. This is a full-time seasonal position with a starting rate of $22.00–$23.00 per hour.

Requirements

Experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar guest-facing environment.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Confidence guiding a team and managing busy periods.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak ski-season periods as needed.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily lounge operations and maintain a welcoming, clean, organized, and well-presented environment for homeowners and their guests.
Monitor lounge access and ensure homeowner eligibility requirements and lounge policies are followed consistently.
Address homeowner and guest inquiries with professionalism and sound judgment.
Provide day-to-day direction, training, and support to lounge attendants.
Monitor the cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of lounge spaces throughout operating hours.
Monitor inventory supply levels, communicate replenishment needs, and assist with ordering or restocking.
Assist with homeowner events, special activities, and other lounge responsibilities as assigned.
