About The Position

The Homeowners’ Lounge Attendant helps create a welcoming, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for Stratton homeowners and their guests. The role supports the daily operation, cleanliness, and presentation of the private Homeowners’ Lounge. The Attendant serves as a point of contact for general resort information, monitors lounge access, and helps ensure a positive and consistent experience for those using the space. This is a part-time seasonal role with a starting wage of $20 an hour. Recruitment for this role will be ongoing through December.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular and repeating basis.
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Nice To Haves

Previous front desk experience.

Responsibilities

Extend a warm and friendly greeting to all arriving and departing guests and owners.
Maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting lounge environment throughout the day, including clearing and cleaning tables, tidying common areas, and restocking supplies.
Respond to homeowner questions and concerns professionally, seeking assistance or escalating issues when appropriate.
Build positive relationships with homeowners through friendly interactions, attentive service, and a welcoming demeanor.
Monitor lounge access and provide general resort information.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
