About The Position

The Lounge Supervisor works in conjunction with United Club Fly management to monitor Barista activities and ensure conformance with company, government, and accrediting agency standards and regulations. The role oversees Baristas at Club Fly and supports customer service, client satisfaction, cost-effective operations, and facility-related activities.

Requirements

Associate’s degree or comparable experience.
1–3 years of relevant barista experience.
Supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
Written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with management, clients, customers, and associates.
Ability to multitask and establish priorities.
Initiative, a sense of urgency, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.

Responsibilities

Ensure optimal customer service and client satisfaction.
Supervise Baristas at Club Fly.
Provide cost-effective management that meets and exceeds stated expectations.
Assist with operational activities, including quality improvement, sanitation, infection control, and facility-related activities.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Perform other duties as assigned.
