About The Position

The Home Shopping Department Manager leads daily digital fulfillment operations, ensuring customer orders are completed accurately, on time, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The role oversees the end-to-end fulfillment process, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable, and supports digital sales growth through operational excellence.

The manager monitors performance metrics, plans labor and schedules to meet demand, partners with other department leaders on inventory availability, and hires, trains, coaches, and develops associates. The role also ensures proper use of fulfillment technology and compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, company operational standards, safety policies, and the Code of Business Conduct. It is a fast-paced, hands-on position requiring flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying temperature environments.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations and ensure timely, accurate, customer-focused order fulfillment.
• Deliver a strong pickup and delivery experience and professionally resolve customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds.
• Coordinate fulfillment processes, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks affecting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates and foster a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
