About The Position

The Home Shopping Department Manager leads daily digital fulfillment operations, ensuring customer orders are accurate, timely, and handled with care. The role oversees the end-to-end fulfillment process, supports a strong pickup and delivery experience, resolves customer concerns, and contributes to customer satisfaction and digital sales growth. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position with responsibility for operational performance and store success.

The manager monitors fulfillment metrics, plans labor and schedules around demand, coordinates with other department leaders on inventory availability, and ensures associates follow food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards. The position also involves hiring, training, coaching, and developing associates while fostering an accountable and positive team culture.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying temperature environments.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and compliance with company safety policies and Code of Business Conduct.
• No travel required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations to ensure timely, accurate, customer-focused order fulfillment.
• Deliver a strong pickup and delivery experience and professionally resolve customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds.
• Coordinate fulfillment processes including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks affecting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates and foster a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
