About The Position

The Home Shopping Department Manager leads daily digital fulfillment operations, ensuring customer orders are completed accurately, on time, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The role manages high-volume fulfillment processes, supports associates, and contributes to digital sales growth and overall store success.

The position is fast-paced and hands-on, covering the end-to-end order process, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable. The manager uses fulfillment technology and performance data to guide operations, schedules staffing to meet demand, works with department leaders on inventory availability, and ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company standards.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying temperature environments.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and compliance with company safety policies and Code of Business Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations and ensure timely, accurate, customer-focused order fulfillment.
• Deliver a strong pickup and delivery experience and professionally resolve customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds.
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage schedules based on order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks affecting customer orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
