About The Position

The Home Shopping Department Manager leads daily digital fulfillment operations to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time. The role supports customer satisfaction and digital sales growth by managing the team and coordinating fulfillment processes in a fast-paced, hands-on store environment.

The manager oversees picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable; ensures appropriate use of fulfillment technology; monitors operational and customer-service metrics; and plans staffing around order volume and demand. The role also works with department leaders on inventory issues, develops associates, and ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operating standards.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying temperature environments.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and compliance with company safety policies and Code of Business Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations and ensure timely, accurate, customer-focused order fulfillment.
• Deliver a strong pickup and delivery experience and professionally resolve customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds.
• Coordinate fulfillment processes, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks affecting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates and foster a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
