About The Position

The Home Shopping Department Manager leads daily digital fulfillment operations to ensure accurate, timely, customer-focused order completion and support customer satisfaction and digital sales growth. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that directly affects the customer experience and store success.

The manager coordinates end-to-end fulfillment, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable. The role also oversees customer service, department performance, scheduling, associate development, technology use, and compliance with food safety and operational standards.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying temperature environments.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and compliance with company safety policies and Code of Business Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations to ensure timely, accurate, customer-focused order fulfillment.
• Deliver a strong pickup and delivery experience and professionally resolve customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds.
• Coordinate fulfillment processes, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor performance metrics, including order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage schedules based on order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks affecting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
