Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Flexible Schedule
About The Position
Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes in Tampa and Hillsborough County, Florida. Territories are designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The role offers a pay-per-visit model, consistent patient volume, and autonomy to create and manage a daily schedule. The posting describes full-time, PRN, and modified schedule options, with no hospital shifts or 12-hour rotations. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends. The LPN provides care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, completes patient assessments, and assists with care planning. Responsibilities also include administering ordered medications and treatments, educating patients and caregivers, monitoring patients and reporting condition changes to the supervising RN, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and completing documentation using AI-assisted charting and the WellSky/Kinnser EMR. Compensation is $33–$37 per visit, with stated average full-time earnings of $55,000–$70,000 or more annually. Other compensation and support include quarterly bonus opportunities, mileage reimbursement, and data plan reimbursement. Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- CPR certification.
