Home Health Intake Coordinator
About The Position
The Home Health Intake Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for families seeking care. The role processes and coordinates referrals for home health services and supports nurses in delivering exceptional service. It also supports local operations through scheduling, insurance verification, problem-solving, accurate recordkeeping, and clear communication with staff and families. The coordinator partners with the sales and marketing team and works in a fast-paced office environment. The position is based in Wichita, Kansas, pays $19–$21 per hour, and has a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a weekend on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Strong computer and data-entry skills.

Nice To Haves
- One or more years of office experience preferred.
- Healthcare knowledge is a plus.
