About The Position
The Home Health Intake Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for families seeking care and ensures referrals are processed efficiently so nurses receive the support they need to deliver service. The role includes coordinating referrals, supporting local operations, maintaining records, and communicating with staff and families in a fast-paced office environment. The position is based in Wichita, Kansas, and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a weekend on-call rotation. Requirements
- Strong computer and data-entry skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Process and coordinate new referrals for home health services.
