About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Home Health Aides, CNAs, and nursing students to provide one-on-one care to adult clients in their homes in Upper Bucks and nearby Bucks and Montgomery County locations. The position offers flexible scheduling, with full-time and part-time opportunities and shifts during the day, overnight, and on weekends. No experience? Applicants can ask about BAYADA’s training program. Current client shifts range from 4 to 12 hours and are available in Chalfont, Doylestown, Horsham, North Wales, Perkasie, and Warminster, Pennsylvania. BAYADA provides 24/7 on-call clinical support. Requirements
- Home Health Aides must have at least one year of direct home care experience with another home health agency.
- CNAs must have a current or expired CNA license from any state.
- Nursing students must have completed the medical-surgical 1 clinical rotation.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Help clients with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Assist clients with range-of-motion exercises and ambulation.
- Assist with transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Perform home management tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
