About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and nursing students to provide one-to-one care to adult clients in their homes in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Caregivers can choose where and with whom they work and select from full-time or part-time schedules, with shifts ranging from 5 to 12 hours. Available schedules include days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Training may be available for applicants without experience. The stated pay range is $18–$25 per hour; one Bridgeport shift is specifically listed at $25 per hour. Requirements

Home Health Aides must have at least one year of direct home care experience with another home health agency.
CNAs must have a current or expired CNA license from any state.
Nursing students must have completed the medical-surgical 1 clinical rotation.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
Assist with range-of-motion exercises, ambulation, and transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
Perform home management tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
