Adult Home Care-HHA 5-12 hour Shifts
About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Home Health Aides, CNAs, and nursing students to provide one-on-one care to adult clients in their homes. Available shifts range from 5 to 12 hours, with schedules for days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, and training may be available for applicants without experience. Current openings are in Audubon, Collegeville, Norristown, Upper Gwynedd, Plymouth Meeting, Bridgeport, Schwenksville, and Royersford, Pennsylvania. The hourly pay range is $18–$25, with a listed Bridgeport shift paying $25 per hour. BAYADA provides 24/7 on-call clinical support. Requirements
- Home Health Aides must have at least one year of direct home care experience with another home health agency.
- CNAs must have a current or expired CNA license from any state.
- Nursing students must have completed the medical-surgical 1 clinical rotation.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Help clients with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide nail care.
- Assist with range-of-motion exercises.
- Help clients with ambulation and transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
