About The Position

BAYADA is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one care to clients in Ocean and Monmouth County. The role involves short, meaningful, often task-based visits, typically lasting from one hour to a few hours. Assignments may be available during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to work close to home whenever possible. Pay starts at $20 per hour, with opportunities for reliability bonuses. The role includes paid training, ongoing support, and 24/7 clinical support. PTO and benefits are available to eligible employees, along with career growth and scholarship opportunities. The position is based in clients’ homes within the service area. Interviews and onboarding paperwork can be completed virtually or through scheduled local meetings.
