About The Position
ACE Home Health Care & Hospice is seeking experienced California-certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) for its per diem team serving Alameda County, including Castro Valley, Oakland, Alameda, and Berkeley. The role is suited to professionals who can work independently in the field and are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients in their homes. Recent paid home health field experience is required; CNAs without home health experience will not be considered. Applicants must hold current, active California CHHA certification. ACE is a locally owned and operated agency serving Alameda, Contra Costa, and Santa Clara Counties, with field offices in Orinda and San Jose. The agency welcomes team members from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and emphasizes personalized, culturally responsive care. Estimated annualized full-time equivalent compensation is $46,000 to $78,000.
Requirements
- Current and active California CHHA certification.
- At least one year of paid home health field experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid California driver’s license.
- Reliable personal vehicle for daily patient visits.
