CHHA Flexible Visits for Home Health Aide
About The Position
BAYADA is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one care to clients in Ocean and Monmouth County. The role offers short, meaningful, task-based visits, typically ranging from one hour to a few hours, with flexible scheduling and opportunities at various times of day. Aides may work close to home whenever possible and must travel to client homes within their service area. Starting pay is $20+ per hour, with potential reliability bonuses for consistent attendance and dependability. BAYADA provides paid training, ongoing support, and 24/7 clinical support. PTO and benefits are available to eligible employees, along with career growth and scholarship opportunities. Interviews and onboarding paperwork may be completed virtually or at scheduled local meetings.
Requirements
