About The Position

Qualicare Home Care is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to support clients in Bridgewater and surrounding locations. Care Aides help clients feel safe and supported in their homes by following personalized care plans under the guidance of a local Care Coordinator. The role includes providing health care services, personal care, mobility support, household assistance, companionship, and accurate care documentation. Applicants are expected to complete all hiring steps, including an application, orientation, any required assessments, an interview, a background check, and submission of required documentation. The position offers flexible shifts, long-term client assignments, safety equipment, and learning and career development opportunities.

Requirements

Active certification as a Home Health Aide or prior experience as a caregiver; certification is a plus.
CPR/First Aid AED certification, or willingness to obtain it.
TB test or chest X-ray.
Ability to travel locally within Princeton and nearby areas.
Comfort using a smartphone for scheduling and care documentation; support is available if needed.
Understanding of basic nutrition, hygiene, and caregiving standards.
Compassionate, dependable, and patient nature.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a home health aide or caregiver.
