About The Position
BAYADA is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one care to clients in Ocean and Monmouth County. This flexible role offers short, meaningful, task-based visits, typically ranging from one hour to a few hours, with opportunities at different times throughout the day. The position may suit caregivers, retirees, parents, students, or others seeking additional income. Pay starts at $20+ per hour, with potential reliability bonuses for consistent attendance and dependability. BAYADA provides paid training, ongoing support, and 24/7 clinical support. The office is located at 201 Smith Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861; interviews and onboarding paperwork are available virtually or through scheduled local meetings.
Requirements
- Be reliable and dependable, including showing up for clients.

- Be willing to travel to client homes within the service area.
- Commit to providing care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
