About The Position

BAYADA is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one care to clients in Ocean and Monmouth County. The role offers short, task-based visits, typically ranging from one hour to a few hours, with opportunities at different times of day. Aides travel to clients’ homes within their service area and help clients live safely and independently at home. Work close to home is possible whenever available. Home care experience is welcome but not required. BAYADA provides paid training, ongoing support, and 24/7 clinical support. Interviews and onboarding paperwork are available virtually or through scheduled local meetings. Requirements

• Be reliable and dependable, including showing up for clients.
• Demonstrate compassion and an interest in helping others.
• Be willing to travel to client homes within the service area.
• Commit to providing care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
• Home care experience is welcome but not required.
