About The Position

Home Care Network is hiring experienced Home Health Aides and caregivers to provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes across Carrollton, Minerva, Carroll County, and nearby counties in Ohio. Caregivers are assigned to specific clients by a Registered Nurse or other appropriate professional and provide services under the direction of a Registered Nurse or therapist to support clients’ comfort, safety, and independence at home. The role serves pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients and may involve personal care, daily living assistance, household tasks, basic measurements, and support with supervised therapy exercises. Positions are long-term opportunities, with a recurring weekly schedule and a desired commitment of two years or longer. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available; schedules are built around caregiver availability and client needs. Full-time caregivers may begin with available cases and build toward their desired hours and schedule. Optional PRN assignments may also be available, but hours are variable and not guaranteed. There are no on-call requirements for the regular positions and no overnight travel. Caregivers must travel to clients’ homes within at least a 30-minute radius. Typical assignments are available on weekdays, with morning starts commonly between 7:00 and 9:00 AM and afternoon or evening ends between 3:00 and 6:00 PM. Weekend shifts may occasionally be available; late-evening and overnight opportunities are rare. Pay is $16–$19 per hour for STNAs, CNAs, and DSPs, and $15–$18 per hour for HHAs, PCAs, and CHHAs. Pay is determined by factors including experience, travel, qualifications, certifications, skills, employment history, references, and client and team fit. Employees are paid weekly on Fridays by direct deposit. The employer offers paid onboarding and training, travel reimbursement between clients when applicable, flexible scheduling, clinical leadership support, and potential schedule accommodations for continuing education. Eligible full-time employees may qualify for company-sponsored health, dental, vision, and other coverage. All employees may be eligible for referral bonuses, incentives, recognition, and support for advancement through pay or title promotions for additional certifications or degrees.
