About The Position

Professional Case Management is hiring Home Health Aides, STNAs, and CNAs in Ohio to provide in-home healthcare services to people who have served the country. The role offers one-on-one patient relationships and the opportunity to support clients’ health, quality of life, and peace of mind in the comfort of their homes. Employees can create their own schedules. The stated hiring schedule is Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Requirements

• HHA qualification or similar experience.
• Must pass a competency assessment with an RN.
• TB test.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience with skilled transfers, vital signs, timely and accurate documentation, range of motion, and activities of daily living is sought for ideal candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home healthcare services to clients.
• Support clients’ health, quality of life, and peace of mind through one-on-one care.
• Assist with skilled transfers, vital signs, range of motion, and activities of daily living.
• Perform light-duty housekeeping, meal preparation, and patient hygiene.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
