About The Position
Professional Case Management is hiring Home Health Aides, Certified Nurse Assistants, and State Tested Nurse Aides in Ohio to provide in-home healthcare services to people who have served the country. The role involves one-on-one patient care in clients’ homes and supporting their health, quality of life, and peace of mind. Employees create their own schedules. Training may be considered for candidates who do not have experience in the listed care activities.
Requirements
- Pass a competency assessment with an RN.
- Have previous HHA or similar experience.
- Have a TB test.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with skilled transfers, vital signs, timely and accurate documentation, range of motion, and activities of daily living; training may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one in-home healthcare services to patients.
- Perform skilled transfers and take vital signs.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation.
- Assist patients with range-of-motion activities.
- Support activities of daily living, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and patient hygiene.
