About The Position
Kettering Home Care is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care that helps patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. The role involves building relationships with patients and families and working with a supportive clinical team to improve patients’ lives. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Duties may change, and additional duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- STNA, CNA, or completion of 75-hour Nurse Aide Training.
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care.
- Help patients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
- Observe and report changes in patients’ conditions.
- Communicate with nurses, patients, and families.
- Complete required documentation.
