About The Position
Professional Case Management is hiring Home Health Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, and State Tested Nursing Assistants in Ohio to provide in-home healthcare services to people who have served the country. The role offers one-on-one patient relationships and the opportunity to support clients’ health, quality of life, and peace of mind in the comfort of their homes. Employees create their own schedules. The standard rate is $15.00–$17.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Pass a competency assessment with an RN.
- Pass a TB test.
- Previous HHA or similar experience is preferred; training may be considered.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with skilled transfers, vital signs, timely and accurate documentation, range of motion, and activities of daily living.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home healthcare services to clients.
- Support clients with skilled transfers, vital signs, range of motion, and activities of daily living.
- Provide light-duty housekeeping, meal preparation, and patient hygiene.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation.
