About The Position

BAYADA is recruiting a Home Health Aide (HHA) for its Assistive Care Division to serve patients in the listed counties. Following a written plan of care provided by a registered nurse, the aide provides personal care, household support, and companion (homemaker) services to help adults remain safe and independent at home. The role involves one-on-one care and building close relationships with clients. BAYADA provides training, flexible scheduling, and team support.

Responsibilities

Follow a written plan of care provided by a registered nurse.
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
Provide household support such as light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
Assist clients with ambulation, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
Provide medication reminders.
Travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
