About The Position

Broad River Retail is hiring a Home Furnishings Associate for its Jantzen Beach store in Portland, Oregon. Reporting directly to the General Manager as part of the Retail Performance team, this customer-facing sales role helps guests create personalized living spaces and find sleep systems suited to their lifestyles. The role is 100% commission-based, offers uncapped earning potential, and provides tools, training, and support. Most sales professionals earn $70,000–$100,000, with top performers earning more.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in the retail showroom, learn why they are visiting, and build lasting customer relationships.
• Discover customers’ lifestyles, needs, and goals during sales consultations and present relevant home furnishing products.

• Promote new sales, special events, and financing options.
• Assist customers with financing, purchasing, and delivery, and support their overall satisfaction.
