About The Position

The Home Furnishings Associate is a customer-facing retail sales role on the Retail Performance team and reports directly to the General Manager. The associate helps customers create personalized living spaces and select sleep systems suited to their lifestyles. This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential; most sales professionals earn $70,000–$100,000, with top performers exceeding that range. Income is directly tied to performance. The position is based at the Tigard store in Tigard, Oregon.

Responsibilities
