About The Position
Right at Home, a locally owned home care business, is seeking a Home Care Sales Consultant (also described as an Inside Sales Representative) to help families find home care solutions for their loved ones. The role uses Right at Home services to provide value to families inquiring about care and contributes to improving lives in the community. The consultant promptly answers calls, learns about families’ care needs with empathy, shares helpful community resources, and schedules in-home consultations and care delivery start dates. The position is based in Opelika, Alabama, and requires availability for on-call duty outside normal office hours. Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent.
- Two years of business experience.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment.
- Successful track record converting customers over the phone.
- Prior experience in the home care or healthcare industries.
- Availability for on-call duty outside normal office hours.
