About The Position

As a Holiday Helper, you will represent the Carter’s brand and support families during their shopping experience. You will assist customers with product information, resolve issues, support sales transactions, and help maintain an organized and safe store. A relative in a management role at this store location.

Responsibilities

Proactively resolve customer issues while assisting multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
Greet customers warmly and assist them with product styles, features, and benefits.
Use omnichannel services as needed to meet customer needs and provide a positive shopping experience.
Complete and expedite point-of-sale and register transactions.
Replenish the sales floor and process shipments as needed.
Explain current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
Help minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
