Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of recent experience or training in vehicle/construction equipment repair and maintenance.
Proficiency in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Expertise in operating diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting hydraulic systems.
Strong welding and fabrication skills, including acetylene and electric arc welding.
The ability to lift objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed.
A willingness to travel.
A clean driving record.
Must bring own hand tools.

Nice To Haves

Obtain a CDL driver's license.

Responsibilities

Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and emission issues on heavy equipment.
Troubleshooting computer and wiring problems.
Conducting Tier 4 emissions diagnostics and repairs.
Performing inspections and preventive maintenance.
Handling equipment teardowns and rebuilds for mobilization.
Repairing and changing out buckets and attachments.
Documenting repairs meticulously and preparing comprehensive work orders.
Collaborating with project teams to prioritize repairs.
Upholding company safety policies and procedures.
Engaging in welding and fabrication tasks as required.
