About The Position

Beltone is hiring a Licensed Hearing Care Professional or a Hearing Care Trainee in Southaven, Mississippi. The role focuses on delivering hearing healthcare and a strong patient experience. The licensed professional administers comprehensive hearing evaluations and recommends rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing hearing instruments and accessories to support patients throughout their care journey. Requirements

• Current Mississippi license to dispense hearing instruments, or an AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in Mississippi, or interest in training to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist and an associate's degree.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Integrity, honesty, and respect toward patients and staff.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of dispensing or fitting experience.
• A strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize work, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities
