About The Position
Beltone is seeking a Hearing Care Trainee in Memphis, Tennessee, who is interested in training to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist. The role supports Beltone’s hearing healthcare services and focuses on delivering an exceptional patient experience. Training and licensing expenses are provided. The position is part-time and pays $13.00–$20.00 per hour, plus commission.
Requirements
- Have an associate's degree.
- Be interested in training to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist.
- Have exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Value integrity, honesty, and respect for patients and staff.
Nice To Haves
- A strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Be self-motivated and able to prioritize work and work independently.
Responsibilities
- Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
- Recommend appropriate rehabilitative services and fit and dispense hearing instruments and/or accessories to support successful patient outcomes.
- Educate patients about hearing healthcare and participate in community involvement.
- Conduct community outreach, including contacting physicians for referrals.
- Deliver Beltone’s Belcare promise through its Nationwide Network of Care.
