About The Position

Requirements

• Current Tennessee license to dispense hearing instruments, or an AuD with the requirements necessary to dispense hearing instruments in Tennessee, or an interest in training to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist and an associate’s degree.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Passion for hearing healthcare and community involvement.
• Integrity, honesty, and respect for patients and staff.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of dispensing or fitting experience.
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize work, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for rehabilitative services and fit and dispense hearing instruments and/or accessories to support a successful patient journey.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare.
• Participate in community involvement and outreach, including contacting physicians for referrals.
• Deliver Beltone’s Belcare promise, its nationwide network of care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff while demonstrating integrity, honesty, and respect.
