About The Position
Beltone is seeking a licensed Hearing Care Professional in New Castle, Indiana, to provide hearing healthcare and help patients through their hearing care journey. The role involves conducting comprehensive hearing evaluations, recommending appropriate rehabilitative services, and fitting and dispensing hearing instruments and accessories. The professional will educate patients about hearing healthcare, participate in community involvement and outreach—including contacting physicians for referrals—and deliver Beltone’s Belcare promise through its Nationwide Network of Care. The position offers salary plus commission and is part of a collaborative environment focused on patient needs.
Requirements
- Current license to dispense hearing instruments in Indiana, or an AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in Indiana.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Integrity, honesty, and respect for patients and staff.
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years of dispensing or fitting experience.
- Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities
