About The Position
Beltone is hiring a licensed Hearing Care Professional in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The role focuses on delivering hearing healthcare and an exceptional patient experience. The professional administers hearing evaluations, recommends rehabilitation services, fits and dispenses hearing instruments and accessories, educates patients, and supports community outreach and referrals. The position works in a collaborative environment where patient needs come first and employees are empowered.
Requirements
- Current South Carolina license to dispense hearing instruments, or an AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in South Carolina.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Value integrity, honesty, and respect for patients and staff.
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years of dispensing or fitting experience.
- Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
- Recommend appropriate rehabilitative services and fit and dispense hearing instruments and/or accessories to support patients’ care journeys.
- Educate patients about hearing healthcare.
- Participate in community involvement and outreach, including contacting physicians for referrals.
- Deliver Beltone’s Belcare promise through its Nationwide Network of Care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and community contacts.
- Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and respect toward patients and staff.
