About The Position
Beltone is hiring a licensed Hearing Care Professional in Lynchburg, Virginia. The role provides hearing healthcare services, including comprehensive hearing evaluations and recommendations for rehabilitative services, hearing instruments, and accessories. The professional helps patients through their hearing care journey, educates them about hearing healthcare, and supports community outreach and physician referrals. Requirements
- Current Virginia license to dispense hearing instruments, or an AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in Virginia.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Integrity, honesty, and respect for patients and staff.
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years of dispensing or fitting experience.
- A strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
- Recommend rehabilitative services and fit and dispense hearing instruments and/or accessories to support a successful patient journey.
- Educate patients about hearing healthcare.
- Participate in community involvement and outreach, including contacting physicians for referrals.
- Deliver the Belcare promise, Beltone’s Nationwide Network of Care.
- Maintain exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and act with integrity, honesty, and respect toward patients and staff.
