About The Position
Beltone is hiring a licensed Hearing Care Professional to assist in the Davenport/Clinton, Iowa area. The role focuses on providing an exceptional hearing healthcare experience and putting patients’ needs first in a collaborative, empowering work environment. The professional administers hearing evaluations, recommends rehabilitative services, and fits and dispenses hearing instruments and accessories to support patients throughout their care journey. The position also includes patient education and community outreach, including physician referral outreach and coordinating Lunch and Learn events.
Requirements
- Current Iowa license to dispense hearing instruments, or an AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in Iowa.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Integrity, honesty, and respect for patients and staff.
- Passion for the hearing care industry and dedication to making a difference.
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years of dispensing or fitting experience.
- A strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
- Provide professional recommendations for rehabilitative services and fit and dispense hearing instruments and/or accessories.
- Educate patients about hearing healthcare.
- Participate in community involvement and outreach, including calling on physicians for referrals.
- Coordinate Lunch and Learn events.
- Deliver the Belcare promise, Beltone’s exclusive Nationwide Network of Care.
- Provide an exceptional hearing healthcare experience while prioritizing patient needs.
